What We Do
Athletic Performance Training
For Ages 12–15
Move Better. Play Harder. Train Smarter.
Your child’s athletic future starts now. This isn’t about “fitness” — it’s about building a bulletproof foundation that fuels speed, explosiveness, and long-term athletic dominance. From mobility to mindset, this program is designed to give youth athletes the tools they need to perform at their highest level — and stay injury-free while doing it.
Let’s stop the silent epidemic of youth sports injuries. Most of them are preventable — and it starts with smarter training, better movement, and real education.
Led by Rich Kendrick, a master trainer with decades of experience coaching athletes across the Gorge and around the world, this 12-week small-group program combines elite training with practical tools for long-term success.
What You’ll Gain:
- Increased range of motion = better movement, fewer injuries
- Explosive speed and first-step quickness
- Real-world strength and power
- Sport-specific agility and coordination
- Mental toughness: discipline, focus, confidence
- Injury elimination: mobility, movement mechanics, recovery
- Nutrition and fueling strategies for growing athletes
